Official coffees and lunches will be served at the exhibit area during the meeting days (March 9th
Badges are mandatory in all conference sessions, exhibit area, cocktail and lunches. Badges will be included in the conference documents.
Speakers are entitled to hand in their presentations well in advance, to avoid last minute inconveniences.
The exhibit area is located in Room Barcelona A. Coffee breaks and lunches will also take place in this area.
