Lunch and Coffee

Official coffees and lunches will be served at the exhibit area during the meeting days (March 9th and 10th 2018).


Badges are mandatory in all conference sessions, exhibit area, cocktail and lunches. Badges will be included in the conference documents.


Speakers are entitled to hand in their presentations well in advance, to avoid last minute inconveniences.

Exhibit Area

The exhibit area is located in Room Barcelona A. Coffee breaks and lunches will also take place in this area.


Barcelona starts to get warm and sunny during March. There are many chances of sunny, clear days. The chance of rainfall is fairly minimal during March The average maximum daytime temperatures are around 16°C (about 60°F), whereas the average minimum temperature drops down to 7°C (about 44°F). During March, you can expect the climate to stay around 12°C (about 53°).

The Meeting Course Secretariat and organizers cannot accept responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the meeting. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

The official currency in Spain is the Euro. Major credit cards are widely accepted.

Electricity Supply

The electrical system in Spain is 220 volts. To use 120 volt appliances both, a transformer and an adapter plug, are needed.
